Class 1 – Who we are and what we do

Practice details, information about our Practice team and our opening times are all published on our website. This information can be accessed via the About Us page. 

Class 2 – What we spend and how we spend it

The Practice receives money from NHS Wales according to its contract for national General Medical Services in exchange for services provided for patients.

The total income received from the NHS before expenses was £1073244.00 for the year ending 30 June 2020

There may be circumstances where material cannot be released because it is confidential or commercial information or the appropriate officer designated for these purposes, under the Act, has taken the view that it may be prejudicial to the conduct of the Practice’s affairs.

If this is the case, we will respond to your FOI request with a formal letter acknowledging the reasons why we are unable to give you this information.

We do not wish to publish our annual salaries, but they are available on request.

Class 3 – What our priorities are and how we are doing

• The Practice works within a Cluster of similar Practices to develop projects which improve the delivery of health care of our patients
• Performance data can be obtained by writing to the Practice Manager as North Road Medical Practice
• We are reviewed by HIW and CHC on a regular basis. Copies of the latest reports can be requested by writing to the Practice Manager at North Road Medical Practice

Class 4 – How we make decisions

The Practice has a committee that is made up of 7 people

The Committee meets weekly.
