We are a ‘Training’ Practice.

What does that mean?

It means that we have fully qualified Dr’s who are looking to become General Practitioners, spending time with us learning the skills they need to become GPs in a practical situation.

The GP trainees are under the supervision of our Partners but will have appointments and consult with patients.

We are proud to be helping the next generation of GP’s gain the expertise they require.

Medical Students

Our Practice is also involved with Cardiff University Medical School; therefore, we are asked to allow the students to observe and undertake supervised consultations.

Medical students are required to take an oath of Best Practice, which includes patient confidentiality at the beginning of their first year at Medical School.

If you would prefer not to have a medical student present during your consultation, please let us know prior to your appointment.
