New Patients

How to Register 

At North Road we welcome requests for registration from patients living within or moving to the practice area. Although registration is with the practice and not with an individual doctor, you may express a preference to see a particular doctor and your preference will be recorded.

You can register by completing a form GMS1 available from reception. You will also be required to complete a short Patient Information Questionnaire which will give us additional information regarding you.

University Students 

If you are a student new to the area, we invite you to register with us.

You can register on line either on your University website or  completing the New student registration

In the instance you become unwell or require continual health management, it is best you register with a GP Practice close to where you are living for the majority of the year.
