Home Visit Requests

If a home visit is appropriate it can be requested by telephoning the surgery as early as possible in the morning.

The receptionist will ask for details to ascertain if a home visit is necessary and to establish the urgency of the call.

If a home visit is arranged it will be made by the on call doctor.

If medical attention is required IMMEDIATELY, telephone 999.

Lack of transport is not a reason to request a home visit.
