PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY 

We view patient confidentiality with the upmost importance within our practice. Patient medical records whether kept electronically or in hard copy remain confidential, though be it may have to be used within the practice during consultations and administrative tasks. All staff require training in confidentiality for the safety and protection of our patients.

We take looking after your personal data very seriously. We have robust Practice Policies to support this.

 

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

The General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) effective from 25th May 2018 will increase the security of personal data.
