Making an appointment to see a Doctor or Nurse

How to make an appointment

Surgeries are open for appointments between 08:10 and 17:30. Appointments to attend surgery may be made by telephone, on line using the My Health On Line (MHOL) service,  or by calling at the surgery.  Appointments can be booked up to a maximum of 5 weeks ahead.  During busy times, you may have to wait for up to two weeks for a routine appointment especially if it is with a specific GP.

To register for our on-line services please download the NHS Wales App. Please see our On-Line services page for more information.

All routine appointments are for 10 minutes, please tell us when booking if you require longer. Please arrive promptly for appointments as if you arrive after your appointment time you may be required to re-book for another day.

Urgent medical problems that cannot wait for a routine appointment are seen at the end of morning and afternoon surgeries.
