Access to the Surgery 

Both our North Road and Cathedral View surgeries have good access for patients that have mobility issues. North Road has a ramp to the front door.

North Road does have stairs with upstairs consulting rooms. Please let us know if you have any difficulty using the stairs when you make an appointment. We can make alternative arrangements.

Parking

Parking can be tricky as we have limited space for the North Road site.

There is more available roadside parking space at Cathedral View.

Visual and audio help

For patients with hearing difficulties, we have a ‘Loop System’ available. Please ask for help with this at reception.

We are able to provide large print documents on request.
